A few honest answers.

What does “installation” actually mean?: We add a single line of JavaScript to your site's <head>. We brand Sofia for your agency. We import your active listings if you want context-aware conversations. Total time: 24 to 48 hours.
Can we cancel during the pilot?: Yes. There is nothing to cancel because there is no commitment. After 30 days you decide whether to continue at €3 000 / month, with no setup fee, or to shut Sofia down. We export your leads either way.
What about our existing CRM?: EstateIQ is your CRM for these leads. The volume is intentionally low and high-signal. If you need to push leads into HubSpot or Pipedrive, we have a CSV export and a direct webhook on request.
Is the data really private?: Yes. All conversations are stored in our EU database (Frankfurt). We are GDPR-compliant. No data is shared with third parties. Models do not train on your traffic.
Do you offer multi-agency pricing?: Not yet. EstateIQ is a single-agency, single-tenant product. If you operate multiple boutique brands, contact us for a quote.
